EMBROIDERY
Embroidery is the process in which thread is stitched onto the garment, replicating the logo required. This is the most durable, long lasting method of decoration and can be attached to a variety of items.Most commonly used on Business Shirts, Polos, Jackets, Hats, Bags and Pants but can also be used for many more. A minimum of 5 units is required with this method.
SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing is the process in which a logo/artwork is applied to the garment by paint. A screen frame is used to pass the paint through the screen and onto the garment. Screen printing is a great option for larger quantity orders. This method is ideal for Tee’s, Singlets, Hoodies and Work Wear Polos. A Minimum order of 25 units is required.
DIGITAL HEAT TRANSFER
The process in which a specialty vinyl of a high quality artwork is transferred by heat and pressure sealing the logo to the garment. Vinyl Heat Transfer is ideal if less than 25 units are required. A minimum of 5 units with logo artwork is required.
SUBLIMATION
Design & create your very own custom made garments. Select colours, design layout, logos, text and fabric to suit your business or event. This method is especially great for Sporting Events, Promotional Gear and Schooling but can be used for any business that requires something a little more customised. As this is a custom process, lead time takes approximately 5-6 weeks from final artwork approval. A minimum order of 10 units is required for this method.
DTG - DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING
DTG is a digital print process in which printing is required on 100% cotton garments. This process, primarily used for Tee Shirts, embeds the image or logo into the actual fabric of the garment. A minimum of 5 units is required with this method.
